Takara accepts returns for eligible items to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

• Standard (non-custom) jewellery can be returned within 10-15 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Custom jewellery is non-returnable due to its bespoke nature (see Customize Jewellery).

2. Return Process

• Contact us at parth@takarabv.be or +91 7304677572 to request a return.

• Ship the item to 802, 8th Floor, RJD Business Hub, B Wing, Surat - 395004, India, with original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Inspection and Approval

• Returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved returns will be processed for a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom jewellery.

• Items damaged due to misuse.
